”The room was large and comfortable. The beds were great. The room and bath had everything we needed. Amber at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with providing information on dinner options. We didn’t stay for breakfast, but the coffee was good.”

”STOP... slick advertisements make this place look like a welcoming 4 Seasons resort. Which ever direction you're heading, keep driving past this place... far better accommodations a few more miles either north or south. Furnishings for the room appear to be acquired from a past local prison sale. The rug was dirty, tops of counters were not cleaned, the bed stand was so small that only the lamp from a local thrift store could accommodate it, etc... words inadequate to describe the numerous...

”Loved the stay. Ample parking on the spot. 1 block away from beach. Had harris teeter store just walking distance away and could buy breakfast easily. Property is very well maintained. Instead of chain store , the family owned place means they are always on the property a call away. The rooms were big and clean.”

”We had a few issues in the beginning of our stay, but they did get resolved on our last night. Some issues were cable not working, internet not connecting to devices, there was a telephone, but no hooks up so the phone didnt even work. The room was cleaned in a rush, there was a pretzel under the mattress.. & there was not spare toilet paper roll.”

”The room we were given had a smoke smell but we we soon given another room that was fine. Everything worked well. Breakfast ok -- except for the all-too-common plastic cutlery and plates -- not ecological. ”
