”Liked that hostess was accommodating. We had our dog along. They were to replace the sofa bed mattresses yesterday. Concerned how that might be upsetting to our crated dog. She changed us to a room without a sofa bed so they did not need to access our room with the dog. ”

”Arrived and the manager had already given pur reservation to someone else. The lady at the front desk had to call the manager, then the person they gave our reservation to in order to close out their reservation. 1 ice machine on the second floor, was out of order. Toilet was like a rocking chair. Trash still on the balcony along with a random bed pillow. However, the front desk worker was a pleasure to talk to.
