”POSITIVES: Wonderful pool area and versatile breakfast. Excellent service in the Sports Bar, special thanks to Jehil. Food was also very good in there. All over the staff was friendly and helpful, except in reception and breakfast restaurant. Hotel's public facilities are great. NEGATIVES: Room was freezing cold and wet. Room temperature was 18 degrees which we complained about. They rised it to 20-21 degrees and said that they can't rise it more - just live with it! And it took 48 hours that...

”Great hotel, services, breakfast and an awesome concierge that helped us book a driver once our original tour was cancelled a bight before our tour. The driver was so helpful and took us all the way to Moalboal in a private tour.”
