”POSITIVES:
Wonderful pool area and versatile breakfast. Excellent service in the Sports Bar, special thanks to Jehil. Food was also very good in there. All over the staff was friendly and helpful, except in reception and breakfast restaurant. Hotel's public facilities are great.
NEGATIVES:
Room was freezing cold and wet. Room temperature was 18 degrees which we complained about. They rised it to 20-21 degrees and said that they can't rise it more - just live with it! And it took 48 hours that...

”We stayed 9 nights in the Deluxe pool view room in the January 2025. Our stay was excellent. Room was big and clean. From pool view room, there was also a partial sea view. In front of the hotel was peaceful and clean white sandy beach.
Service was really good in the whole hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated a lot that there were free complimentary water and coffee every day.
Only a little bit negative thing was, that staff /lifeguards could have interfere better about the...

”Everyone is sooo courteous! Hotel is very clean and near the airport. The only complain is the escalator not working going down to th spa and the spa is not directly connected to the hotel, you have to go out of the hotel to go to the spa! It is open 24 hrs but who wants to go outside when it is dark and go the spa! ”
