Also, a living room with a comfortable seating area, air conditioning, a single bed (80 x 200 cm) and direct access to the terrace. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of the bedrooms also includes a TV. Air conditioning is in the hallway. A bathroom with shower and washing machine. The first floor of the house is neither rented out nor inhabited.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
