Amazing home in Visnjan

The rustic villa Montona is located in the small Istrian town of Višnjan. This is a place that is widely known for its public Observatory, and its main area of work is the small bodies of the Solar System. For this reason, a new form of tourism, astrotourism, has slowly started to develop in Višnjan, because many sky lovers from all over the world have been coming to this town with about two thousand inhabitants for years. The villa was completely renovated in 2023 and is ready to open its doors for a maximum of 9, and optimally 8 people. Likewise, guests will have 164 m2 of living space at their disposal, and the total area of the property is 580 m2. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with everything you will need for a pleasant and peaceful holiday.



On the ground floor of the villa you will find 2 bedrooms with double beds (200x160), and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. On the ground floor there is also a dining room with a dining table for 8 people, and right next to the table is an equipped kitchen for preparing the most delicious meals for family and friends. The living room is equipped with a corner sofa, an armchair, a coffee table and a TV. There is also a romantic fireplace in the living room, ideal for evening gatherings with a glass of wine.



When you get to the upper floor, you will find 2 more bedrooms with double beds (200x180), and two more bathrooms: one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.



On the outdoor terrace, you will refresh yourself in the 32 m2 swimming pool, where you will play and have fun with the children, and those who want to soak up the sun's rays will be able to do so on 8 deckchairs. There are also umbrellas and garden furniture on the terrace, perfect for drinking morning coffee or serving breakfast. You can also use the outdoor charcoal or wood grill, and you will try the prepared food on the outdoor covered dining table.



In the living room, the couch serves as an extra bed for 1 person, and the additional content consists of a washing machine and an iron. If necessary, a feeder and a cot are provided for the children.
