”We stayed in the deluxe room the room was absolutely filthy moldy bath mat no hot water our bed mattress foam was so old it was crumbling when touched smelt awful and the slates where all broken kids bunk beds mattress was so thin literally was comfier on the floor. All tea and coffee was so old it was stuck together and unable to be used. Person that was there literally was on his phone most of the time and was not able to communicate with us successfully and blamed my family for the damage. I...
