To ensure the safety of guests and neighbors in the building, we kindly ask that you always provide the names and identification documents of guests in advance so that we can arrange prior authorization with the building management. Note: smoking is not permitted inside our accommodations, and pets are not allowed.

Access to the building is via facial recognition. If check-in is on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, initial access will be granted by our team. The apartment has an electronic lock for easy access.

The apartment boasts pleasant décor, fast Wi-Fi, and an excellent location in the heart of Praia da Costa, allowing you to do everything on foot. There's a supermarket just 100 meters away, Praia da Costa Shopping Mall 1 km away, as well as pharmacies, restaurants, bars, and general commerce nearby. The beach is only 250 meters away, perfect for walks and sunny days.

The bedroom is comfortable and includes bed linens and towels, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, and iron. The living room is super cozy, ideal for both relaxing and working.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, blender, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, kettle, sandwich maker, and other utensils.

The building's garage cannot accommodate large or wide cars such as SUVs, and it is not possible to drive up the garage ramp.
