Villa Barbara is not a party house.this property nestles perfectly on the edge of a small Istrian village. The villa offers privacy, tranquillity and a picturesque view of the Istrian countryside. The first restaurant where you can try homemade Istrian cuisine (agro-tourism) is within easy walking distance. A recommended way to get to know Istria is through its excellent gastronomy. The symphonies of flavors of Istrian food will excite all your senses. Istria is a land of excellent cuisine, but the 'gastronomic pearl' is undoubtedly the truffle.



The nearest beaches are within a 20-minute drive from the villa, and the nearest airport - Pula, is only 50 km away.



The villa is located in the northern part of Istria, near the Mirna river valley, where undoubtedly the most famous and attractive Istrian medieval town of Motovun is located, as well as another Istrian jewel: Groznjan, a small must-see town. Motovun is surrounded by vineyards where the best Istrian wines, the white wine Malvasia, and the red wine Teran are produced. The whole area has a wide selection of excellent local restaurants, and the region is famous for one of the best truffles in the world.
