”This hotel is exactly what it says, an apartment hotel. Rooms have a small kitchen, a mid range refrigerator and in our case, 3 persons, it had a double bed and a divided sofa in two normal single beds. There is not room cleaning services and you must manage your wastes in a place inside building. Breakfast was typical but tasty and enough. Public transportation is a benefit for this choice. Just outside, bus line 71 and in a few minutes walk metro station Delta (line 5) covers all your...

”Alue on hieman epämääräinen, mutta raitsikka kulkee ihan hotellin vierestä muutamassa minuutissa metroasemalle ja vanhaan kaupunkiin. Pyysin huonetta rauhallisella sijainnilla, mutta jouduin kadun puolelle ja huoneeseen kuului jatkuva liikenteen melu. Korvatulpat siis tarpeen. Huoneet ovat isoja ja niissä on hyvät keittiövälineet itse kokkaileville. Wifi toimii.”

”Tällä kertaa majoittumiseni siirrettiin lähellä sijaitsevaan toiseen Thon hotellin huoneistoon teknisen syyn takia. Siirrosta ilmoitettiin minulle hyvissä ajoin sähköpostitse. Yövyn tässä huoneistohotellissa kohtalaisen usein ja olen siihen tyytyväinen. Kätevä sijainti aivan Euroopan Parlamentin vieressä, rauhalliset, hyväkuntoiset modernisti sisustetut huoneistot, joissa kunnollinen keittiö sekä erittäin hyvät sänky ja vuodevaatteet. Työmatkailijan takuuvarma valinta. ”

” Nice and spacious apartment in good location near Midi Station (shuttle from Charleroi) Nice staff Walking location from main sights - Communication was very difficult. They did not answer any messages and only 1/5 phonecalls. Staff did not speak english. Even when arriving late in the evening we were not sure if there was anyone to open the door for us. Finally there was. - Neighbourhood was very dirty, but not too loud. Nevertheless is was better location, than crowded tourist areas.”

”The original room I had booked wasn't available, so I was given a replacement which turned out to be a fantastic apartment in a better place of the city. I'm very happy with the way this was dealt with and the quality of the replacement. The check-in and check-out process as well as the communication with the staff during the stay was very efficient, and very service minded.”

”Very nice and central area, it was easy to get in, you get to codes for the main door and your room door. Wifi works well, it’s a nice space, everything you need is there. Very good value for the price, only thing it could have been a bit cleaner but no big deal. ”
