House for 10 persons: approx. 300 m2, on two floors which are rented exclusively as one unit. The ground floor features an open-plan living/dining area with air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. From here, you have direct access to the terrace (40 m2) with outdoor seating. There are also two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a TV, air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there is a separate WC with a washing machine. The ground floor and first floor are not connected by an internal staircase, they are accessible only via an external staircase. On the first floor, there is a small, glazed balcony, a room equipped with a kitchen, bar stools, a sofa, air conditioning and a TV. There are also three bedrooms –one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. These two bedrooms are connected and separated by sliding doors. Each bedroom has a TV and air conditioning. There are also two bathrooms, each with a shower. One of the bathrooms also has a washing machine.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Wi-Fi available free of charge. There is a covered barbecue area on the property. There is also a small building/tavern with a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, fireplace, dining table, darts and foosball. Ten bicycles (8 for adults and 2 for children) are available for your free use. There is private parking for two cars on the fenced property and one additional free parking space for one car at the house. The pool can be heated upon request for an additional charge of 43 euros per day during May, June, and October. Please indicate your preference for a heated pool when booking or inform your host well in advance of your arrival. The pool is not heated during July, August, and September. Bookings for youth groups (persons under 25 years of age) are not accepted. The last 20 meters to the house are along an unpaved road.
