The roof terrace of 45 sqm on the third floor has a panoramic sea view and view of the Brijuni islands, dining table, barbecue and sun loungers. On the ground floor there is a living room with equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa bed for two guests, a shower/toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
