Hostellit – Voerstreek

”Odotimme ulkona noin 10 minuuttia ennnenkuin pääsimme edes sisään. Henkilökunta ei pahoitellut, vaikka kerrpin, että jouduimme odottamaan ulkona. Muuten palvelu oli ystävällistä. Huoneen lattiat olivat tahmaiset. Lakanoissa oli reikiä ja tahroja. Kaikki oli likaista, kulunutta ja huonokuntoista. Aamupala oli kuitenkin yllättävän hyvä. Hostellin ympärillä oleva kaupunkialue oli erittäin epäviihtyisä, emmekä uskaltaneet jättää autoa parkkiin kadunvarteen.”

” The Green Elephant was for me a community setting in which i found it pleasant to reside. A community environment brings strength of heart and joy of mind. The breakfast was outstanding and well worth the price. You would be pressed to find a more helpful staff. ”

”We liked it. Staff was friendly and room was spaceous and clean. Trains didn't bother too much. And the blinds in the windows were great, you could get the room really dark. Only negative thing was that we didn't get enought towels and the receptionist forgot to give us the sheets for children.”

”I really enjoyed my stay in Hostel Aachen thanks to exceptionally kind staff. The lady at the reception was extremely friendly and showed me on map where to go and gave me good tips on what to do in Aachen. One employee even shared his breakfast with me. Not all of the people working there speak English but I managed to communicate with them quite ok. The building is very basic but bed was comfortable. My room smelled a bit of mold and cigarette smoke probably coming through the air...

”Personal überaus freundlich, kompetent und zuvorkommend. Das saubere Zimmer ist geräumig und sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück ist lecker und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Bushaltestelle in 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.”

”The location of the hostel is excellent, and they have a terrace with a beautiful view over the river. The breakfast was very good as well. The dorm was a basic one with little privacy but luckily not very noisy people.”
