”It really was a beautiful and charming medieval property, but with all the modern comforts. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe. ”We stayed here with our family and teenage kids. We loved the little cosy home. The rooms for the kids was upstairs and the parents room was separate, so everyone had privacy. ”The is an old farm house, well maintained, on a working farm with a rooster, chickens, milk cows and incredible views. This is perfect if you want a stay in the mountains around Colmar and want to enjoy driving the roads and switchbacks around Les Voges and Hautes Rhein regions. The bad reviews are from people who expected a 4 star hotel, with room service, and no rooster to announce dawn in the mornings.
