”Nice hotel”

”Stained furniture and the bathroom had spackle all over the walls.”

”Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly! He proved to be very helpful with other items throughout our stay, including helping us to switch to a new room when our air conditioning wasn't working. The hotel is certainly outdated and could use a good deep clean and updating. The view was gorgeous overlooking the river! All in all, it got us close enough to the concert (Country Thunder) without the overpriced price tag, which is what we wanted and knew we were getting.”

”Frequent traveler to this hotel so I want to say always like it here but this time the hotel seemed way cleaner and even smelled better it’s a value to mid range hotel and if they could just up the breakfast options a bit would be a five star all around. Maybe access to better water too for cheaper”

”What stay? they accepted my reservation, that also acknowledged my reservation when I got there, via phone call because there was nobody in the front desk But when I called they said it was an error That they had no rooms available. uber charged me $115 dlrs to get there from the airport only to find out that they didn’t have any rooms available. Also it was very difficult to find an uber that wanted to go there to pick us up, when we finally got one he said they dont like to go there because...

”The lake view was the only nice thing. Room had nothin. A bed and small table with chair. No phone to contact office, no fan, no TV, no refrigerator, no internet / WiFi, no in-room bathroom, no sink, no mirror, a detached head board, two flat pillows looked already used.”
