”The man working the front desk was very kind and helpful, very customer-service oriented. The property location is easy to get in and out of the parking lot, but parking is pretty limited. They were booked up last night and there was no parking available except on the very backside of the lot. There is also graffiti on the side and back of the building, and it looks pretty sketchy out back.
There are no elevators to the 2nd floor. This is not a handicap friendly or accessible hotel.

”Plenty to do here. The breakfast is alright here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is close to many food and shopping options. If you are traveling to the base it’s a very short drive. The only thing we weren’t aware of is a parking fee of $4.99 a night.”

”Great location to Frost bank center and easy access also to downtown. Lots of food options in the neighborhood, plenty of parking and a very big (yes also super high up) and comfy bed. Walls were thin but luckily had well behaving neighbors so no problems there. This one did meet my expectations for the price and the reviews I had read. ”

”I booked my stay through Expedia approximately one month in advance, expecting the room I reserved to be available upon arrival. Unfortunately, I was assigned the wrong room, and the hotel was unable to accommodate a room change because they were overbooked. This was frustrating, especially given that the reservation had been made well in advance.
The cleanliness of the room was also concerning. For the first two days, leftover food from a previous guest remained beside the bed and went...

”Hillside Boutique Hotel – Beautiful Online Photos, Disappointing Reality
Hillside Boutique Hotel certainly knows how to market itself. The website photos portray a charming, upscale boutique experience, but unfortunately, the actual accommodations tell a different story.
The bathroom was particularly disappointing. The shower water pressure was barely more than a trickle, making a proper shower frustrating. Even more concerning was the slippery, slimy shower floor, which presented a potential...
