”The staff was absolutely no help with most things, even luggage. They were also rude and treated me like an imposition, not a guest. The staff wouldn’t even allow delivery people to come to my room even though I am disabled. I had to go down to the front desk for everything I needed, nobody would actually come up to my room for any reason. The room was small and still pretty nice but the carpets have stains and the noise was so loud that sleep was impossible because the doors on the balcony...
