”This was a clean and very nice hotel in the middle of nowhere. Need a taxi or a car to get to basically anywhere. Swimmingpool was excellent and plenty of space in the room. Aircondition was good and the bed was comfortable. Staff here is very helpful and thay took good care of the customers. ”

”4 yötä hyvässä kaupunkihotellissa. Huone sekä kylpyhuone tilava. Palvelu tosi hyvää kautta linjan. Huoneeseen olisin kaivannut nespresso kahvikonettta (oli vain vesipannu ja murukahvia.) Ei myöskään kylpytakkia ja tohveleita huoneessa? Hotelliin olisin kaivannut uima-allasta ja näköala baaria/ravintolaa. Kerroksia 23!”

”Schönes Hotel in Strandnähe. Auf dem kurzem Weg zum Strand gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Am Strand gibt es Schirme und Liegen vom Hotel. Das Zimmer was sehr schön und sauber. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, für jeden was dabei. Parken konnten wir in der Tiefgarage- einfach den Schlüssel abgeben und Auto parken lassen. ”

”Olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä hotelliin! Tärkein asia eli sängyt olivat hyvät ja huoneen lämmitys/ilmastointi toimi moitteetta. Suihkussa vedenpaine olisi voinut olla kovempi mutta sujui suihkussa käynti tuollakin paineella. Aamupala oli tyypillinen hotelliversio eli kattava. Katolla on uima-allas ja kiva "skybar" missä voi nauttia vaikka aamukahvit jo aamusta alkaen. Hotellissa on myös sauna, mutta emme ihan ymmärtäneet miten sitä olisi pitänyt käyttää. Vaikea selittää mutta jos käyt...

”The hotel felt really new and clean, and is in a very convenient, central location. Lots of restaurants and mains streets nearby, plus a grocery store within 3 mins walk. Staff were so helpful with all of our questions. Recommend!!”

”The beds were very comfortable, parking garage free, rooftop pool very good, breakfast amazing. Hotel restaurant for dinner was also excellent. The location was ideal for us with an easy drive to the airport but it is remote for anyone interested to visit the city center more.”

”Sauberes Zimmer. Personal war freundlich. Der Schlüssel hat leider gehangen und wir brauchten Hilfe um zuzusperren. Das Keypad neben der Tür außen war nur zur Zierde. Das eigene Restaurant war gut, mit Ausblick auf die Berge. Frühstück hat gepasst. Ohne Auto/ Roller kommt man zu Fuß jedoch nirgends hin -> keine Gehwege und eine mehrspurige vielbefahrene Straße. Für eine Nacht hat es allerdings gepasst.”

”This is a fascinating place, just opposite Vila 31, the residence of Hoxha. One can feel the old-style of the communist days, while the area has totally transformed into a hip going out scene with bars and clubs. ”

”Wonderful staff and owner. Super friendly and helpful. Gave loads of tips. Even picked us up from the airport. The hotel is newly renovated and they are really trying their best to be as good as possible. Location is a bit out of town but just near the big park with a lake, great for long walks or runs”

"The location of the hotel is the best there could be. Nice lobby area. Rooms dated and hot. When asking about getting the room cooler (there is seemingly airconditioning), they just tell you to open the window. And it doesn't help much. No wifi in my room. After constant complaints after four days they finally fixed it. No apology. The tour companies send whatsapp messages late in the evening about nex't morning's tours, so I ended up several times getting a coat over my nightgown to get a connection elsewhere in the hotel. When we asked for directions the BunkArt bus stop (11) they gave us total opposite where the bus stop was. When I told about the noisy nighttime party in a neighboring room, they just stare at you. The cleaning lady was good and male waiter in the restaurant. The rest of the staff need serious training."
