Situated on a 400 m² enclosed property, the villa seamlessly combines elegance, comfort, and natural beauty.
The highlight of the outdoor area is a heated swimming pool, measuring 24 m² and 1.5 m deep. From the pool, you can enjoy stunning views of the sea and surrounding nature. Next to the pool are six comfortable sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the sun. For culinary delights, there is a fully equipped covered outdoor kitchen with a fireplace and sink. Additionally, a separate bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine, as well as a fitness room, are at your disposal. A second covered terrace features a large dining table with six chairs, ideal for outdoor meals and cozy evenings.
The interior of the villa is just as impressive as the exterior. Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious and bright living area that includes a modern kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a coffee maker, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, and cookware. The dining area features a table for six, while the living room offers a large sofa set, perfect for relaxing. On the ground floor, there is also one of the bedrooms with its own private bathroom and a separate guest toilet.

Both rooms are equipped with a double bed, a TV, a dresser, and have their own en-suite bathrooms.
