”My kids (12 and 3 y.o.) and I had a wonderful experience at the place. Victoria (the owner) was very attentive to our needs. The place is clean, our room had a gorgeous view of the mountains, there’s plenty of space in the backyard for the kids to play. They even have the access to the creek. Just bring water shoes if you visit in the summer. ”

”What a pleasant surprise. The owner/staff were extremely pleasant and accomodating. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet with a small fridge, microwave, etc. The bed was extremely comfortable; I had one of my best night's sleep in a long time. Although I did not get a chance to use the pool, I plan to the next time that I stay here (and there will be a second stay). I was only able to stay for one night but hope to stay longer the next time. ”

”Came to do some hiking with some friends. Central location if you are looking to do the fire towers! House as described, though with an older home, the doors are a little wonky. Kitchen pretty well supplied, could use a pasta pot and regular frying pans (there is a cast iron pan). The crock pot was a plus! Nice Solo Stove out back - we were lucky with the weather and had a nice cocktail hour outside!”

”Brought my family and some friends to stay for weekend for daughter’s belated birthday. The house was cozy. A little rustic. Very much like the cabins at lake Taghkanic. Basic decor and nothing too expensive, which I appreciate. Particularly with a house that sleeps that many and when many of them are young adults, prone to being messy. There is a lake but you either have to drive to it to or cut through the woods on foot, as it is at a local town park. The jacuzzi was a great draw. And the pool...
