”A little bit old fashion, but in a good way, had a nice old time glamour. Exellent breakfast. Situation perfect, in the town center, but on a more quiet street, so it was easy to arrive with a motorcycle. Rooms are clean and have cooling system. Special thanks to the young ladies in the reception for very friendly service, helping us with disabled parking etc.!”

”After sightseeing in Prague this place was the perfect spot to fully rest my tired body and mind. It was an enchanting experience that made me feel like nobility. The service was friendly and the room was clean and well-kept. However, I didn’t use the pool or sauna facilities as they didn’t seem to be well-maintained.”

”Service was superb. We had one person who had difficulties to go up to the reception because of the fear of heights and the reception was in the 5th floor (and there was only elevators with glass walls), so they tried to change our reservation to an another hotel, but it was full. Finally we managed to get up to the room and it was perfect. Nice room with balcony and five-star breakfast with sparkling wine was a cherry on top of the cake.”

”God stay in a bit boring area. i just needed a place to sleep, so for me it was very okay. Good breakfast was served. Also very helpful and friendly welcome...with a drink. No restaurant in site, but the reception Dude recommended a pub nearby which was really great ! Liked the easy and safe parking and silence at nighttime! ”

”The suites in the main castle are a special experience. The only negative would be the several stairs to climb to get from the reception to the room in the chateau.”

”Ok. huoneisto. Hiukan jo kuluneet kalusteet, mutta toimivat. Siisteydessä ja siivoomisessa henkilökunnalla hiukan parantamisen varaa. Sijainti aavistuksen keskustan ulkopuolella, mutta kävelymatkan päässä ja esimerkiksi autolla on erittäin helppo kulkea! Sopiva perheille!”

”Foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos neste hotel, em setembro 2019 e agora em setembro de 2025. Fomos muito bem atendidos. Todos as funcionárias muito simpáticas e atenciosas. Café da manhã é muito bom. O quarto é bem arejado e a limpeza é impecável, feita diariamente, inclusive aos domingos. Tem a melhor localização de Jablonec nad Nisou, fica perto de tudo. A vista do nosso quarto era maravilhosa: parte histórica de Jablonec nad Nisou e as montanhas Jizera.”
