”Nice and clean”

”Check-in was so smooth. Very kind and courteous to us after a long day of travel in snow.. The room and bathroom were spotless. The beds were great. Because we checked in so late, they were gracious enough to give us a late checkout. It made all the difference in the world for us. The only issue I had was the toilets. I've had two knee replacements and the toilets are the old kind that you almost have to sit on the floor. My knees made it very difficult to get up. Great restaurants just...

Room was VERY clean, staff incredibly friendly and welcoming, very easily accessible location, reasonable amount of parking. We came for a wedding and stayed 4 nights. The only thing I can think to complain about is that the bathroom window is the only ventilation for the shower, which didn't cause any issue for us but might in colder months. ”This is an excellent hotel! The heated pool and hot tub is awesome and CLEAN! Always stocked with pool towels. This hotel has big rooms with kitchens and living rooms and separate bedroom. Very roomy. Lots of staff everywhere, very kind, and working hard. Free cookies, good ice machine, board games set out to play. Hotel smells good. Everything was clean and on point. Fair price. ”After hours check in was a little different. If you arrive after 4pm you text the phone number in your reservation and they give you your room assignment and code to get into your room. Pretty prompt in response time. Code did not work, so text back and new code was given with a few minutes. Love the concept and would choose a bigger room if I were staying longer.
