”This property is located close the intersection of the HWY 101 and HWY 17, which makes it convenient. The property was clean. The bathrooms are up to date with new fixtures. If you are looking for a clean, well-situated place to launch your Phoenix visits, this will work for you. I would describe the interior furnishings as "minimalist" or sparse at best.”

”This property is in an older neighborhood near downtown PHX. Some of the surrounding properties have not been kept up although it appears that there's an effort being made in the neighborhood to change things around. The property met our needs for the purpose of attending a Dodgers game at nearby Chase Field. Be aware that you might have to park on the street depending on how many people have rentals booked at the same time. (There's a total of 3 rental units on this property and only 1...
