”Beware, water pressure was very poor and temperature was lukewarm. It made a difference for 3 adults trying to shower at 5.30am. There is no insulation and the railway is nearby. It felt like we were sleeping in a tent next to the train tracks, so not good for light sleepers. Comi g fro. Someone who lives next to an airport. ”I travelled from Australia to spend a week with family while our Dad has been in Waikato Hospital. Having never been to Hamilton before I was impressed by the location of the property and how close is was to everything we needed. Property itself was perfect and felt like a home away from home where we were all able to be together in a lovely warm and comfortable home. Would reccomend and stay again. Lovely home and hosts. ”It was perfect! Definitely one of the best stays we have had. And will be the comparison in the future. It was beautifully decorated. And comfortable. So comfortable! The kitchen was excellently outfitted for cooking, along with a Nespresso and all the trappings for coffee. The pantry was so well organized. ”I celebrated my 21st with just a couple family and friends. It was the perfect little getaway to make memories. Waking up to the beautiful country side, being surrounded by nothing but nature, animals, and loved ones… could not have asked for anything better. The space was a lot bigger than the pictures made it seem which was amazing, the rooms and decor were so beautiful. Would definitely recommend this for any groups of family or friends looking for the perfect little country escape. ”
