”We had a lovely two-night stay at Marble Canyon Lodge. The property was clean, beautiful and clearly well cared for. We arrived late at night, past check-in time, but the self check-in process was seamless and easy, which we really appreciated. The only drawback was the internet connection, but aside from that, everything was outstanding.”

”This was a last minute stop so we were grateful to find it, but there were spots where the carpet was falling apart and there were several big yellow stains on the white sheets. But the funniest/worst thing was that the bathroom door wouldn't close because the toilet was in the way. This seemed to have been going on for awhile because there was a big dent in the door from where it hit the toilet and it looked liked people kept trying to squeeze the door past the toilet but it literally couldn't...

”There was no notice on the website about the pool being out of commission. THAT was unbelievably inconveniencing as it was THE reason we booked the hotel. That is highly deceptive. I am not a fan of Best Western as a result. ”

”Property was fabulous. Better than pictures. Extremely clean and privacy for hot tub. Well stocked. Needed a coffee maker and that was delivered the next morning. Excellent communication and would highly recommend this property to anyone. ”
