The Space
This bright, modern home is designed for groups who want room to breathe. The open-concept living and dining area flows naturally for family gatherings, while the fully-equipped kitchen means you can cook real meals instead of eating out every night. The queen bedroom and bunk room sit on the ocean side of the house — wake up to those views right from your bed. The game room adds a fun layer — great for evenings in after a long beach day.
Four bedrooms, five beds, and 2.5 baths give everyone their own space without feeling cramped. Up to 9 guests comfortably.

Guest Access
You`ll have full access to the entire home. After booking, we`ll send check-in instructions, gate information, and smart lock details so arrival is smooth and stress-free.

Other Things to Note
Parking for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway. Beach towels, a cooler, and beach chairs are typically stocked for your stay.

Important Note: Guest understands that a 4% processing fee will be forfeited for any cancellations.
1. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
2. No Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties or events are not permitted.
3. Guest Limit: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Any additional visitors must have approval from hosts.
4. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect neighbors and the community.
5. No pets: Pets are not allowed on property.
6. Respect the Property: Please treat the home and its belongings with care. Report any damages immediately.
8. Garbage: Trash days are every Tuesday. Kindly help us by taking out as much trash as possible on designated trash days rather than waiting until the end of your stay. This ensures the space stays fresh and enjoyable for everyone.
9. No Illegal Activity: Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited.
10. Hot Tub Rules: Use at your own risk, and children must be supervised.
11. Parking Instructions: Maximum of 2 vehicles on the driveway
12. Energy Conservation: Turn off lights, AC, and appliances when not in use.
