”Excellent location to do day rides on the hauraki rail trail. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip. House was cosy, clean and comfy. Kids loved the treehouse and spa too.”

My little dog felt very at home and made new friends I chose the cottage because well priced, fabulous location close to walks, waterfalls the river and beaches. The cottage is cosy and well equipped with all you need. Linley and Dan are welcoming hosts, very accomodating and friendly. Enjoyed my stay and went home refreshed”

”We loved our stay! The pictures don’t do it justice, it is such a beautiful little bach, less than 5 minutes drive to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need, and the air conditioner was a lifesaver on the hot summer evenings. 10/10 would reccomend.”

”This gorgeous cottage is filled with style, charm and attention to detail. So many extras such as family games, toys for little ones and the seperate kitchen was very well appointed and even had things like spices, eco friendly baking paper and glad wrap etc, which was so handy! Roomy outdoor deck with heaps of seating and the big garden area was a bonus. We loved our stay and highly recommend! Bev and Richard”

”We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It’s a great rural setting with friendly donkeys. And close enough to the Karangahake gorge trails. The local swimming hole is a fun refreshing adventure. The house had everything you need and is very homely. Good selection of kids games and picture books.”

”The photos look really nice so it was a little bit of a surprise when we arrived to see it what it was actually like. Mould on the textured ceiling in the bedroom and found a flea in one of the beds (after waking up with bite marks), we don't have any pets so we definitely didn't bring it with us. The unit was full of the owners stuff which cluttered an already small space and made it difficult to find a place to put things. The carpet in the bedroom looked to be original and everything felt...

”Niki was a lovely host and the cottage was a delight. It was warm and the lovely decor made it very cozy. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and the deck was a great place to sit in the sun. Walking around the beautiful orchard and lakes was very relaxing and peaceful. Highly recommended .
