Hawaii Vacation

This condo is amazing and had everything we needed for a family of 6 - ages 17-81. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the patio and amazing ocean views every day and the sunsets too. The condo was very clean and one of the most well stocked we have stayed in. The kitchen had everything you would need too. Lots of beach towels and chairs for our beach days. When we return to the Big Island we will stay here again. Having access to the Ocean Club was an added bonus. The restaurant is very good and friendly staff.

Great Family Trip

The condo had everything we needed for a great vacation. Not only was the kitchen well appointed, but there were beach chairs, snorkel equipment and even coolers for us to bring cold drinks to pool/beach. We would love to do another family vacation trip and stay there!

Perfection in Paradise!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The view is spectacular - easily one of the best in Hali'i Kai. The furnishings are very comfortable. The owner is very responsive. This will definitely be our first choice for future visits to the Big Island. Mahalo!

Could not have been better. We had a group of 7. We are all retired. The place was perfect. Great views of the ocean and golf course from our porch. Beaches near by. We had snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers all provided. The condo was well stocked with anything we needed.

Outstanding condo, well-appointed with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The ocean view from the spacious lanai was awesome! Would definitely stay here again.

Slice of Parsdise

Great comfortable place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Big Island. Well appointed for cooking cozy furniture great water pressure. Washer and dryer were fantastic. Best of all were the sunsets on The lanai. Stunning. We saw whales blowing and and relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Can’t recommend this more highly. Loved the Weber grill. Just what was needed to get ready for the new year. Again, stunning.

Best VRBO stay

My family of 6 spent a week here to celebrate our youngest’s graduation. Hali’i Kai was such a beautiful, lush property and the condo was more impressive than the pictures. It was quiet, included easy walking to pool, putting green and basketball court as well as a short drive to shops. Communication was top notch and the property was very well stocked. We are already talking about staying here when we come back.

The location is wonderful with great views of the ocean, where you can regularly see whales, either from the condo or from the pool and gym area. The condo was immaculate and extraordinarily well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host was excellent in responding to any questions or needs.

Halii Kai at Waikoloa

This is an excellent property on the Big Island. The condo is in a beautiful, quiet community and offers everything needed for a great visit to the sunny north Kona coast. There are tennis courts, pool, fitness center, and a restaurant in this gated community. The condo is well equipped to prepare your own meals if you choose, and has every appliance, including a gas grill, that you’ll need. The property offers everything we needed to enjoy the island including bicycles, snorkeling gear, tennis equipment, and beach chairs/umbrellas. We had a great visit and the condo/community was perfect for our family vacation. There’s no better way to start the day than by watching whales from the lanai with morning coffee!

Waikaloa Hawaii Trip Nov 23

This condo was perfect. Probably the best one we have ever rented. The location was exactly the dream spot possible and even better than the pictures show. As others have reported the unit was the most well equipped and everything you could want is there for you to have a wonderful experience at the condo and at the beach. The section of the resort was secure and the close walk to the Ocean Club with its pool overlooking the ocean and bar and grill was a winner. There were many things to do nearby including world class beaches and great restaurants. Something was there for everyone. Shopping was available nearby in the same neighborhood so easy to stock up and cook at home in the kitchen that had all the items you would need. The decor was lovely and comfortable inside and the beds were very comfortable. The Master bath has both a huge tub and shower. we were impressed with all the labels on lights etc to make it all so easy to figure out. This was the perfect place for our group with an elderly couple adult couple and young child as it is a first floor unit with no stairs. The huge back yard with view of golf course and the ocean beyond was amazing. We spent much of our time on the covered porch watching to sunrise and sunset our toddler playing safely in the well landscaped and groomed lawn watching and chasing beautiful birds. Lastly the weather there was perfect everyday and the ocean was not to cold to swim in November It was a life experience; wonderful property

Lovely condo with golf course and ocean view! Great patio for sunsets. Condo has beach gear, beach towels, and plenty of kitchen dishes/equipment. We walked to the pool every day and there is a trail along the coast to other resorts. Loved it all.

August Stay

We were lucky enough to book this property as our vacation plans had to change at the last minute. The condo is absolutely beautiful, well stocked and in a great location. We felt like we could have moved right in! The neighborhood pool is beautiful and clean. The backyard is right off the golf course with an ocean view during the day. The night sky in the backyard is magnificent. Owners are great communicators as well - lots of written instructions provided and quick texters as well. Thank you for a great stay!

Great stay at Hali’i Kai 8h

Wonderful 10 days in paradise. 3 generations celebrating 50 th wedding anniversary of grandparents. Condo is excellent for 6-8. Well appointed. Lots of beach equipment in garage. Our 4 th time at a condo in Hali’i Kai. This was the best. Tremendous view of sunsets. Many excellent close beaches - a bay, Hapuna, 69, . Kids favorite was a-bay for easy snorkeling. Easy walk to beautiful pools area. Basketball court across street. Jogged every morning from condo on Ala kalakai trail along ocean to a-bay. Kids loved seeing porpoises at Hilton.

Paradise

We loved everything about our stay. The condo is beautiful and very well stocked with everything you need for a fantastic beach vacation. The owner was very quick to respond to any thing we asked. We were sorry to see our time here end. Will definitely stay again. Our only complaints had nothing to do with actual condo. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until right at 6pm when office was supposed to close. However they closed early that day 5:15 so when gate code didn’t work we were a little panicked. Luckily another resident let us in but then the pool attendant was VERY rude to us. We learned later that this particular pool attendant ( the only one) was just cranky about everything. We heard from at least 8 other families that she had given them grief also. Other than this our stay was perfect.

Perfection

Our first time staying here and we will definitely come again. Beautiful views, quiet, easy, clean, organized unit and community. We loved the lower unit and the grass outside the lanai. We played corn hole, spike ball and more. Quick walk to ocean trail. The community pool, restaurant and gym were a PLUS. We loved the option to go here everyday. The condo itself was clean spacious and just right for 8 adults (with 2 on sofa sleeper in living room). The condo is stocked with so many extras. It’s been our best experience by far in all condos we’ve rented for our vacations simply because so many kitchen items were there. Foil, ziplock baggies, Saran Wrap, tons of Tupperware for beach picnics, portable coolers, beach towels, bikes, games, after sun products, snorkel gear, kids toys, scooters, boogie boards, and more! Have so many little things there that we would otherwise have to buy was genius. Kitchen cabinets are not cleared out. Oils, seasonings, etc are there. The host was awesome and very attentive to all communication. We had an amazing time with no complaints.

Awesome Condo in a beautiful community!

We've stayed in Hali Kai before and this 3 bedroom unit did not disappoint. Saying this condo is fully stocked is an understatement. Truly everything we needed was there, even the little touches like flashlights in every drawer in the bedrooms. Also Doug was very responsive when we did need to reach out, even though it was in the middle of the Super Bowl. 😏 Great hosts, and we would stay again without hesitation.
