•Fully equipped kitchen includes full size refrigerator, stovetop/oven, dishwasher, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker, blender, cookware and tableware

•Welcome essentials kit includes coffee, sugar, creamer, dish soap, sponge, paper towels, dishwasher detergent & laundry detergent

•Master bedroom has 1 king bed with ensuite with a separate shower and tub

•Guest bedroom has 1 king bed

There is no front desk on property. Guest check-in is at the Hawaii Vacation Condos by OUTRIGGER’s office located at the Kings’ Shops, 69-250 Waikoloa Beach Drive, Suite B13. Office hours are 9:00am-5:00pm daily. Guests arriving after 5pm must contact the office prior to arrival at kcc@outrigger.com or 808-886-0036 to receive important check-in instructions.

Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is at 11:00 am
