”Part of the hotel is under construction affecting standard rooms. The standard rooms are really old and do not meet the quality that you would expect when staying at Sheraton. If we had known this we hadn’t stayed at Sheraton, especially when paying 400$ per night.”

”The resort is lovely, the onsite restaurant was exceptional! The unit we stayed in, sadly, needs a lot of updates and general cleaning. The kitchen was poorly stocked, the furniture old and worn. We would stay there again, but in a different unit. ”

”From the concierges, to the valets, to the poolside wait staff, to the housekeeping, the hospitality was wonderful! We made the mistake of doing Uber instead of a rental car. Not the smartest idea considering it is really easy to get an Uber from the airport to Princeville, but very hard to get an Uber while at the hotel. The valet manager and staff were very helpful in arranging other transportation for us, and even drove us to and from the hotel to the the Princeville Market so we could try...

”The view from the room was amazing. We could see the sunrise from bed each morning and even enjoyed watching the rain and surf during a storm. We can't wait to come back.”

”This was so much fun for our family! Every morning our boys (3 and 5 yo) woke up and went straight to the beach to play then warmed up in the hot tub before coming up for breakfast. The location on the island allowed us to explore the entire island. It was a bit of a drive to the canyon but well worth it. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful. Thank you for everything!”

”It was like staying in a damp college dorm that was under construction. They did tell me the lobby was under construction but the whole place is. It is so damp all of my clothes felt wet and I had to walk around in flip flops even at night. I asked for a softer pillow because I have a head injury and I was told no sorry that’s all they have available. The room never felt clean and there was no light. You could barely see to do things. I would have moved hotels if we were there for longer.”

”The Kauai Marriott is a beautiful place to stay. The room was very nice and comfortable and although there is no kitchen there is a mini refrigerator and coffee maker. The ocean view was fabulous. The staff there is exceptional and friendly. There is shopping and great restaurants nearby. They also provide a free airport shuttle service. I highly recommend this place.”
