Welcome to our beautiful glamping cabin, nestled in the lush and vibrant native bushland of Waipu, Te Tai Tokerau / Northland. Our cabin offers a peaceful and serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A king size four-poster bed, second room space with single bunk beds for the family or friends, enjoy a break on your own or with loved ones. Solar-powered lighting and fridge, outdoor barbecue with side-burner. USB charge point but no power points. We can't wait to welcome you to our little piece of paradise in the Bream Bay area, with all its attractions

Lovely safari tent and facilities though not as secluded as we had thought. Clean and cosy Some treats available like tea, coffee, hot choc powder, some cereal, milk and a block of chocolate and salt and pepper. The vegetation around the tent was a little wild but the owners did mention that due to the weather they had not had the opportunity to mow or tidy up. Comfortable bed, lovely shower and outdoor bathtub.

Bathroom was very clean and nicely appointed. The whole tent is great. Very spacious, the bed is comfortable, and kitchenette was perfect. We didn't use the BBQ, as we went to the Cove restaurant (less than 15 mins away) for dinner.

The place is nice and tidy. Nice small little touches from the Host. Not too far from Waipu town and Cove, 10min and 15min drive. The Tub is so nice over the night sky and stars. Would Highly recommend a stay here.

We were met with a lovely note, some plums, chocy in the fridge and flask of hot water for tea. It was a great start to what was a lovely weekend. Our dog adored it, as did we. The hot water doesn't really do justice to the fantastically large outdoor bath tub, but in this heat we actually got a lot out of a nice cold bath in the middle of the day, so nothing lost there. The hot water is sufficiant for a short shower.

The whole set up was great. Lots of ammenities including a thermos of hot water that kept warm till the morning for a cup of coffee. We loved the outdoor bath and enjoyed it in the morning. Would highly recommend.

Stayed here for a night for a quick getaway from our busy city life. The communication with the hosts were great from the beginning. We had an easy access to the property and it had everything we needed for our stay. We had such an amazing experience plus the bath under the stars was lovely!!! The little treats we got upon arrival was a nice touch!! The bathroom was beautiful too! Short but definitely a sweet experience! 💕 We’ll definitely come back! ❤️

Perfect glamping getaway

The bath was absolutely stunning!!—easily one of the highlights of the trip, was also surprised by hot water for tea, the crackers on the table, hummus AND with the Whitakers chocy bar in the fridgeThere was plenty of space to stretch out and relax, both inside and out, with thoughtful design touches throughout. And that canopy bed!! A dream!Was comfortable, private and relaxing—highly recommend :)

The magic is still here!

We stayed here 5 years ago and bought our kids back last weekend. They're older now (and there's an extra one) yet still the magic of this property was so special. The joy that they had here - all the little touches and treats. It was so cool. Plus we loved the chance to unplug, the birdsong and serenity. It was a stunning break! Thank you for having us :)

Cosy and comfortable accommodation. Did not have a lot of information about the property, an updated booklet or more thorough check in information may have been helpful. Nice bathroom and outdoor bath facilities.

The perfect little getaway!

First time staying in a Glamping tent and it was such a great experience! The Glamping tent is nice, cosy and warm. Was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Very lovely hosts and fresh farm eggs with treats was a very kind surprise! We will definitely be booking again!

Not a winter playground

Lovely location. Interesting glamp. I'm sure it would be lovely in summer , but I did not enjoy my winter experience. The decking connecting the glamp with it's bathroom was slippery. Lights for stairs along the decking shine in eyes so stairs are not readily visible. Solar lights are too dim to be able to read in the long evening. Lack of plug-ins for charging, microwave, electric jug was difficult in winter. (The host kindly offered to microwave my dinner.) Driveway at the entrance to the glamp was muddy and required AWD to exit. The glamp is not secure for a dog, nor is there an outdoor secure area for a dog, which limited my ability to relax. And the substantial nightly charge was not reduced for the winter. So, nice and helpful hosts, but the accomodation could do with improvements for winter.
