”No amenities. The front desk with its fractured safety glass did respond when asked for the filthy room window to be cleaned. The night life in the parking lot was something to behold. Yelling continued even after the police came for a visit. Bringing a daughter to this location may not be a wise plan. On the flip side the cleaning staff was very kind.”

”When I arrived, there was a group of young adults outside with very little clothing and smoking what smelled like marijuana unfortunately I had already paid for the hotel so I couldn’t leave. Got to my room no toilet paper in the room realize when I went to go to bed. The floor was dirty. Went to take a shower in the morning and the bath mat was dirty. The group of people that were out front of the hotel were there till about 10:30 in the morning, making all kinds of noise right at the front...

”We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. ”

”The Summit Street Inns was a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are gorgeous and the staff is lovely and super accommodating. The breakfast was in an elegant room with lots of variety. The cook even cooked my husband freshly cooked eggs! I highly recommend this wonderful historic house. It has a wonderful ambiance and is close to lots of restaurants. ”

”Swift the breakfast manager was wonderful. Very friendly,helpful, cheerful and great selection for breakfast. Audrey at the front desk was so kind and helpful as was the first young man that checked us in. We will be back when in treatment at atrium health. The best doctors in the world 😊 ”
