”My family of four greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. Location was very convenient to explore the mid coast towns of Rockport, Rockland, and Camden and all of their beautiful harbors. Having two bedrooms worked well for us along with the living room and a large open kitchen and full bathroom. The private entrance that leads up to the open top floor was easy to manage and appreciated. The quiet street was frequented by wild turkeys that roamed the yard and crossed the street on two...

”This is a charming property with a welcoming front deck with views of the water and fishing boats. It is a close walk to the lighthouse and area to swim in the refreshing water! There is only 1 closet for use. That was ok but only 8 hangers. I wish there was an electric tea kettle. I am not a coffee drinker. The living room is a warm and friendly room. I wish there had been laundry facilities. The four of us were able to share the single bathroom well.”

”Excellent view and beautiful yard. Super comfy furniture and mattress. Great Location.”

”The property was wonderful! Our group of 5 adults were very comfortable and satisfied with our stay of 3 nights. We were in town for a family reunion, and enjoyed the great amenities of the property as we spent cherished time with our extended family. Comfortable beds, relaxing common areas and great location.”

”Very nice property with a nice view of the bay. Relaxing location with comfortable furniture and the house feels much bigger than the square footage might indicate. There were a few rough edges from repairs and painting that were less than professional, but overall it is well maintained. Would recommend.”

”Beautiful place. Very clean . Wonderful location . Would love to come back”

”We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful rental property in Edgecomb! The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to Boothbay Harbor, Damariscotta, Bristol, and other nearby attractions. The owner was friendly, informative, and very responsive throughout our stay, which made everything easy and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and care that went into making this home so welcoming. We...

”If you’re looking for a small, secluded, modern-rustic house for a small group, this is one to consider. Great views and location. House was VERY clean; a few housekeeping “issues” were identified and relayed to Jeffrey who was quick to respond. Although we only stayed 2 nights, Jeffrey was a top-notch host who was in constant contact to include dining and activity suggestions to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one……which it was!!!!!”

”We absolutely loved our stay here! The location near the beach is perfect; what a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Of all the places we stayed on our trip this one felt the most like Maine. Maybe it was the beautiful character of the restored older home or the great, peaceful location near the water. We would definitely stay here again.”

”Location, location, location! We stayed for 4 days and didn't have to drive ONCE. David was easy to communicate with and very helpful. House was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!”
