Ocean Front Home, Hot Tub & Miles of Sand tutkia! Vapaa yö!

Hiljaisella kaistalla, joka sijaitsee etelään Alsea-joen suusta Waldportissa Oregonissa, on ikioma Beach Peace. Lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat perhehuoneessa ja ruokasalissa tuovat valtameren sinuun ja tulvovat huoneet auringonvalolla. Perhehuoneessa on runsaasti mukavia istuimia sekä puulämmitteinen takka ja taulutelevisio. Rakastat hyvin varustetun keittiön tyylikäs ja raikas muotoilu. Keittiön lisäksi on mutahuone, jossa on pääsy kannelle ja täysi kylpyamme. Siellä on biljardihuone, jossa voit katsella suosikki urheilutapahtumiasi ja tallentaa muistoja. Biljardihuoneen vieressä on makuuhuone, jossa on täysi sänky, jossa on ulosvedettävä twin vyöryä. Se on täydellinen makuuhuone lapsille, jotka pysyvät myöhään leikkimässä ja haaveilevat huomenna suuria seikkailuja. Kodin vastakkaisella puolella on vielä kaksi makuuhuonetta, joista toisessa on queen-vuode ja toinen master-sviitti, jossa on king-vuode ja täysi futon. Kylpyhuone on ensuite yksityisyyttä ja mukavuutta.

Valtameren etupihalla on hyvin yksityinen alusta, joka on upotettu rannikkolehdelle. Täydellinen paikka istua hiljaa ja ottaa rauhan rannalla. Nauti auringonlaskuista upealta kannelta ja merenranta-porealtaalta. Näkymä rannasta on ihana tästä kodista ja pääsy hiekkaan on hyvin lyhyt kävelymatka lähiympäristölle.

Nukkuu jopa 9 - 3 makuuhuonetta, 1 kuningas, 1 queen-size-vuode, 1 täysi / parivuode, 1 täysi futon, 2 kylpyhuonetta.
Ajoneuvot: lisensoitu kolmelle (tiukasti täytetty)
Vakio: vähintään 2 yötä; Kesä ja juhlapäivät: 3-4 yötä.

Peruutukset ja palautukset: Varauksen kokonaishinta, josta on vähennetty 10% palvelumaksu, palautetaan 45 päivään ennen sisäänkirjautumista. 45-päiväisen sisäänkirjautumispäivän jälkeen ei palauteta.

Sisäänkirjautuminen milloin tahansa klo 16.00 jälkeen saapumispäivänäsi.

Ikäraja: Ensisijainen rekisteröitynyt vieras on oltava vähintään 26-vuotias. Suurimman osan asiakkaista on oltava yli 25-vuotiaita tai aikuisten valvonnassa olevia lapsia.

“Piece” of Dream at the Beach

FABULOUS!! Your beautiful home was a dream come true for me!! It was cozy, comfortable and fresh!! The enclosed yard was beautifully landscaped and just felt right!! And the view was AMAZING! I loved how it was all one level, perfect for my dachshunds (they don’t like stairs) and I felt like this was the type of home that I could live in for the rest of my life and feel content!! Everything was clean and we had no issues with anything! The working fireplace and the pool table was a plus!! Thank you for allowing us to experience your wonderful home! We would definitely love to stay again next time we go to the coast!

Location, Location, Location. Breathtaking views, View of the ocean while sitting in the hot tub, relaxing after 3 months of 60 hour work days was medicine to my soul. Short day trips to Yachats and Newport. Only negative was grass was not cut. Otherwise, clean and worth every penny.

Our favorite Spot

We come here every few years to de-stress and spend family time. Everything is made very easy for us, from check in to check out. The rules are reasonable, and the managers get back to us right away if we need anything. It is a beautiful home, easy to keep clean, a lovely place to hang out, beautiful view of the beach (love those sunsets!), and about a 3 minute walk from the beach. Highly recommend, but don’t take our “week!” 😉

Long weekend getaway

Wonderful location with amazing views and close beach access. Close to restaurants in yachats and waldport. Would like to have a fire pit and there is an opening to a drop off which is not great for having a toddler around. It should be blocked off.

Great quiet location

We had a dual family stay at this lovely beach house. As others have stated it’s not an easy space to make meals as the kitchen is tight but we still made it work! The cleanliness I gave a 4 because there was hair on the bathroom floor and dog poop on the lawn when we arrived but otherwise it’s great. I think the restrictions on washing towels and having to pay for others is excessive but overall a great stay!

Not clean, needs updated, lack of attention to detail.

We checked in after dark and the outside lighting was good and helped while we found the front door and unloaded the car. When we arrived the house was well lit and the tv was on, making for a welcoming entrance. After staying, however, it became very clear that the house was less than moderately cleaned and the property maintenance was severely lacking. We frequent VRBO properties often and found this one to be one of the least clean properties. We arrived to one of the beds we needed to use was completely unmade, only one of the lightbulbs was working in the second bedroom, one light bulb was missing completely. The dust on the tv receivers and under the edges of the couches and under the edges of the bed suggest that cleaning is done quickly or without attention to detail. The supplies in the kitchen were very minimal, enough forks for one and a half meals for our family of 5, though they did have plastic plates, cups and utensils for kiddos which we appreciated. They do look like they need replaced. The stove top was very outdated and stained or burnt on food on the burners. The cabinets are cheap and outdated, and the cooking spray they provided was empty upon arrival. We had enough paper supplies for our family for a week. There was a fan put away in the closet very obviously covered in dust and dirt. And the bottom of the dishwasher was full of food/debris and the filter has maybe never been cleaned. It was absolutely disgusting. We attempted to clean it but the kitchen sink does not have a sprayer or a garbage disposal. The windows upon arrival looking out to the hot tub and the dining room windows had hand prints, food debris and pet slobber on them. I had to clean the windows before my daughter touched them to look outside. It was very apparent cleaning was done to a minimum. Water damage in guest bathroom needs attention. For the plus side, The views of the ocean were great, and the yard is fenced and felt private and secluded and the hot tub was definitely a perk of the property. The beach access was good, though the path is hidden down the street immediately adjacent to someone’s property tucked into some trees. Once through the access gate, and down the stairs, the access to the beach is an immediate drop off of a cliff, so you are required to walk about 1/4 mile down the sand and over driftwood to get to the accessible part of the beach. The location was good. Quiet neighborhood and private street. I would not recommend.

coastal vacation

Overall the house worked very well for our family. The family really enjoyed the beach. I would have liked to see better cleaning in the small shower. The children really enjoyed the hot tub! It did take the property manager all day to get back to us when the knob fell off the master shower, could have really been an issue if water was leaking. Thanks so much for the memories.
