”Property is great and location is wonderful for baseball tournament. The property manager is useless as far as fixing issues. My front door lock was broken and no one bothered to inform or fix the lock for my entire stay. I finally had to insist on physical key after waiting 24 hours for them to resolve the issue. The entire stay we had to listen to a chime on the lock as it tried repeatedly to remote lock. Safety matters. I've never had an issue like this with a VRBO property and now I get msgs...

Huge cockroaches were in the house as well huge red ants- the management was notified that I couldn’t sleep and didn’t do nothing to resolve the issues. I also felt it was unsafe because there wasn’t curtains on the windows on the main level and I felt like anyone could be watching us. Also there are stairs to all the bedrooms.”
