”Nice place to stay. Friendly staff. Quiet room. ”

”We reserved a suite to sleep our party comfortably, all amenities needed were in the room. Plenty of luggage carts a key item we look for at all stays.”

”Property is clean which is why I provided 3 stars overall. Mattress/bed was well past its lifespan. Property in general needs some maintenance to fix little things here and there. Staff were polite but not overly friendly by any stretch. Would stay here again if they replaced the mattresses. Instant coffee only, this nearly pushed me to 2 star review… iced lemon water in the lobby redeemed them.”

”Clean room, friendly staff, thankful for the mini store by the front desk for snacks and stuff. Only complaint was no microwave in the room, super inconvenient. ”

”I had this room reserved and when I arrived to check in at the front desk the already fed-up employee said nope we are full! Eventually I got him to look at my phone and see that we did in fact have a confirmed reservation under my name at this very location. After some digging on the computer, he told us they must have overbooked and thus cancelled our room, but we "should get a refund". We had driven across the country at this point and now had nowhere to stay. The staff made it very obvious...

”Very noisy HVAC”

”This was a very disappointing stay. The person checking me was watching a movie on their phone. There were boxes laying around counter. My room was ice cold when I got in. It was also the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. There was a visible mess of wires coming out of the TV to the receiver box. But the absolute worst part was NO HAND SOAP of any kind in the room. The only soap available was the body wash in the shower. Extremely disappointing stay.”

”Besides there was food left in the fridge and an employee walked into our room after we were checked in, the rest was great”

”Genuinely the cleanest, "fanciest" hotel I've ever stayed at. Our room was pristine. Javon made our check-in simple and easy. The only issue I had was that we couldn't adjust the temperature of the AC in our room (I like it ice cold lol), but it was still a comfortable temperature. Will DEFINITELY be staying here again if I come to the city again.”

”Hotel room wasn’t very clean. WiFi did not work on tv. Half of the arcade games were broken. Very limited breakfast. ”

”Staff was friendly but property is showing its age. Couches and flooring are stained, walls are marked up. Worst part is they don’t have soft closing hinges and doors slam hard morning and night. Breakfast is just ok. Stay in this area often for work and with 4-5 other properties right in the vicinity, this one will be out of the rotation until updates are made. ”
