âFirst I was charged twice for my dog for a one night stay. Then my room was cold when I moved in. Now this was 9;00 pm and you're ready to go to bed after driving all day so it takes awhile to heat up. after sleeping a bit you wake up sweating because of trying to heat the room up quick on 80F. To top it off breakfast time coffee pot was empty with no one around to fill it. â

âNo coffee makers even though they have it listed as an amenity on their web-site. There was garbage on the floor in front of the AC/Heater from the unit, i imagine someone 1/2 cleaned the filter to the unit and then reinstalled the filters backwards so when the ac was turned on it blew the rest of the crap out of the filter into the room.â
