Breakfast was served from 6-9; I arrived at 7 to bacon so crispy it snapped and with only a few strips left. Potatoes undercooked and oversalted. Coffee that was lukewarm needed to nuke it in microwave right from dispenser. Certainly not like my Marriot chains but their availabity was full.”

”Room was clean. Beds very comfortable. Amenities disappointing. 30 minutes into breakfast there was no coffee and no one at the front desk. Second morning same thing. Half of one carafe with lukewarm coffee. Room rate half of surrounding properties, you get what you pay for. ”

”This facility looked like it was brand new. The hotel room was in perfect shape. They even had a decent gym and swimming pool downstairs. Breakfast was good and plenty. My room was facing the highway, but the noise was no problem. I think I was about the only customer in that facility during the weekend as my car was the only one in the big parking lot in front of the hotel. ”Property is great service great. Wish the honeymoon suite was a smoking room and having to be quiet after 10 is kind of childish when your in a honeymoon suite you know people are going to be noisy I wanted to blast my music lol. Other than that I love Jefferson hills motel”

”I stayed here with my husband and our dog. The room seems to be newly renovated, clean room, comfy bed and the water pressure in the shower was great. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.”

”We checked in at 11pm, had to wait for a clerk. He had very little to say. Room was clean and spacious. Didn't use any amenities, didn't travel with pets. ”

”Micro room was good, very small but adequate & decorated with a modern flair. Was missing a remote & ice bucket which was furnished on request. Roof top bar & restaurant had a wonderful outdoor seating area. Staff wasvery friendly. Only downside is the 30$ @ day parki ng fee. Valets were great however.”

”First we rented a roof that had a handicapped accessible restroom. When we arrived the room was unavailable they said bc of a water leak. So we were stuck in a room with a bathroom the size of a closet. Not wheelchair friendly at all. The good part was the service to try and replace the room was excellent and the people working there very helpful and nice. The room was nice and clean so I'll give it that.
