”The whole experience was good property and the front desk overall good experience Only problem we had at breakfast one of the staff was too rude even though no one touch the food with bare hands used the thong but she spoke very rudely arguing even though we explained but no use That wasn’t the pleasant experience before the checkout this breakfast staff need to be notified Hope they fix the problem for future guests ”

”Check in person very congenial and efficient. Even gave bottle of water for each person without asking. Good location off of turnpike, choice of eating places, gas stations, and EV charging. Room clean and adequate. Nothing fancy but comfortable beds. Would stay there again.”

”This facility looked like it was brand new. The hotel room was in perfect shape. They even had a decent gym and swimming pool downstairs. Breakfast was good and plenty. My room was facing the highway, but the noise was no problem. I think I was about the only customer in that facility during the weekend as my car was the only one in the big parking lot in front of the hotel. There is really nothing to see or do in North Huntingdon-Irwin, but still right next to the hotel there were plenty of...

”The hotel lobby was very open and inviting. The staff from front desk to facilities was super friendly and extremely helpful ”

”The TV didn’t work all night, staff couldn’t fix it. She just blew us off and never came back. There were also a significant number of barking dogs down the hall from us that we then couldn’t tune out. Super obnoxious, the manager lady heard them when she came up but didn’t do anything. ”

”Rooms were clean. Light didn’t work inside the door, fan didn’t work in bathroom, no USB port to charge phone and dresser drawer kept opening on it’s own.”

”Breakfast included fresh fruit 5 out of 6 mornings. Room temp was fine. ”

”Drove past this place so many times I never thought it was as clean and nice as it is. The room was super clean, the jacuzzi was clean, big and so relaxing. The bed sheets made me feel at home because they were floral and soft. ”

”The breakfast wa fresh but limited. There was bacon which was goo, the eggs were a little watery and potatoes which were made with hot (not sweet) peppers. The oatmeal was good and there was make your own waffles. Parking as fine”

”Not fancy. This place needs a facelift. Carpet molding falling off the wall. The kitchen needs some work so it looks nice. Bathroom needs a good cleaning. Tile was full of gunk. Great location near HWY 70. Noisy at night from dogs prancing on the ceiling. Gym looks good, but no one was in it. Going down hill a little at a time.”
