”I booked the room for my husband & son who were going to the zoo Tues. morning. The car broke down, stranding them on the road. I contacted the hotel to see if we could get our fee waived due to circumstance (can provide proof of breakdown). They said only Expedia could waive fee. Expedia said it was up to hotel & they spoke to hotel & said I'd get an email. So far, the only email from Hampton is this. "How was your stay?" Well, I really DIDN'T enjoy paying over a hundred and eighty five...

”I was very impress with this hotel. The entire hotel was very very clean. Pool facilities very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. I dropped my checkbook and didn't know. They went to extraordinary lengths to return my checkbook to me. This will be a place we will always stay when in Crawfordsville. Kudos to them all.”

”The night manager was hostile when I had trouble opening my door. The key card had to be held a special way to get the door to open. I was tired, and had trouble managing the stairs and she was hostile and agrumentative about staying to vericy I (not she) could open the door. I arrived having to use the bathroom, and there were no facilities available until you checked in. That caused me a lot of physical discomfort. A fist gouge was in the bathroom door, and the shower curtain did not keep...

”We absolutely loved having brown stains on our ceiling, mattresses and sheets. The toilet didn’t flush properly, had to beg for towels and toilet paper. Sheets didn’t fit the bed and we had to constantly pull them back on. Beds way too small. Room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. It was a dismal experience.”

”No pool. Breakfast was cereal and bread. Very outdated. Seen staff a total of twice.”
