”A must stay for large groups! Beautiful deck, clean, the kitchen is well stocked, and a great location.. The only complaint that we had, was there were no goats seen, on Scotchmans 😉.”

”We really enjoyed our stay on the lake. Location was awesome. The house was clean. Needed a few more kitchen items like a toaster for breakfast and more BBQ utensils. Outside the cabin could have been tighten up a bit with some maintenance.”

”Cozy cabin has a nice deck to sit outside and enjoy the water views! We had cool, rainy weather, but the firepit and wood burning stove were fantastic. No wi-fi or hair dryer, but that is certainly not a deal breaker. Having a boat dock was great. The steps to get to the cabin are no joke, pack light! So glad the steps were wrapped in string lights since we arrived at night. Great stay!”

”Our stay here was so much fun. The house is even nicer and bigger in person. There were lots of dishes to use, the kitchen is very accessible and the whole place was so clean. The location is gorgeous too, surrounded by huge trees, and the yard was actually pretty large and very green. The owner was kind and responded to questions almost immediately. I would definitely stay here again or recommend this rental to someone else.”

”My son was in a wedding at Firebrand which was right around the corner from the house so it was perfect! This house is one of a kind! The love and care given to the house is evident in all the extra details. The woodwork is gorgeous, all done with local wood. There are some very neat antiques around the house. The beds are very comfortable, one of them is even a sleep number, adjustable bed! The house is fully stocked with just about anything you need, from toiletries to the kitchen! Shelly even...

”The cabin was clean and comfortable for a family of 8. Grandparents, children and grandchildren. The yard of the cabin was amazing - deer and turkeys, the gazebo - quiet and gave you a feeling of being secluded but close to CDA. We miss having morning coffee on the picnic table. We would definitely rent this cabin again. Thank you!”
