”A wonderful quick break away (2 adults, 2 kids and one dog) Lovely sunny spot - an easy stroll to the beach through a grassy path. Sunrise was magical. Easy walk into town (12-15 mins). Unit was clean, and had everything we needed (we enjoyed the no wifi and came prepared with lots of games & books, plus our own DVD to use in the property player) Communication & check in super easy. V happy to recommend.”

”The bungalow is spacious and very clean lovely view of the water My suggestion to all people renting out stays is to install hand rails in the bathroom as it’s difficult for people with knee and back problems to get into and out of bath tubs without slipping”

”Great house in prime location”

”the property is great and in a beautiful location. Everything 5 stars apart from the fencing for a dog friendly property. Could be improved to make it more suitable for small dogs or puppy dogs. Instead of ringlock fencing could do with chickenwire fencing around the house. we loved it and look forward coming back to this property.”

”Great location and access to beach. However the cleanliness of the house was disappointing. Upon arrival we were offered a refund due to no wi-fi or second shower working. Upon opening up the house it was filled with a foul smell. The house cleaning needs improvement overall.”

”Well appointed with a fantastic view across the lake. We had a lovely 5 day stay and it was extra special to have our dog be able to stay as well. Loved the back deck and the lake views from our bedroom window. Thanks Memories Lakehouse!”

”Stayed here over the New Year with my adult kids & partners and my brother and his younger family. Enjoying our meals out on the patio, whilst taking in the views of Montague Island - fantastic. We even had a couple of rainbow lorikeets join us for some fruit. Kitchen was well stocked, with a multitude of cutlery, plates, bowls, cups to choose from. There was also lots of spare sheets and towels, including beach towels for us to use. The owner was very easy to contact when a small issue came...

”Lots of room, basic comfort. Excellent location, specially for families with kids. Feeling of a vacation camp for kids. Couples, skip it. Entrance is creepy a bit.”
