”The room was great and staff was friendly. My issue was at checkout. I stayed for a week for work but need to extended for an additional week. My daughter and her car was in the room with me. I paid an additional fee for her car. When I extended my stay, no I did no check out and book a different room, I extended my stay in the same room, they charged me an additional pet fee and another “incidentals” fee. As if I checked out and requested a different room but I didn’t.”

”The room was clean and relatively well appointed. Bed was very comfortable as were bed linens. However, we stayed three nights and our room was never cleaned. And, the room across from us had a dog that barked literally every waking minute keeping us awake. We complained the first day and were told the desk staff was aware of the problem but yet nothing was one about it! This lasted thursday - sunday. It was unbearable and i felt so bad for the dog!”

”Bed was shot. Bathroom walls were disgusting. Front desk clerk was hard to understand. Lots of empty rooms yet I had an elephant above me stomping around. I won't stay there again. ”

”On arrival there was a dried blood stain on the top cover . I asked for new ones they acted like I was asking for to much . Pool was filled wit water & black stuff floating at the top , they served molded food in the morning & told me “well it’s free” the sauna doesn’t work & the gym is closed . The room was disgusting. The workers was rude & very vague . if you guys want you can watch the video I posted of how terriable this place was . On Google I posted it ”

”The room was clean but the staff were wonderful. We got stuck due to the blizzard & they were very accomdating & did a wonderful job of clearing the snow.”

”The business facilities were shut down and Non operational. Parking was easy and safe on property. The hotel is in need of an update/renovation. The property needs to provide free breakfast. Similar hotels provide at no cost. Breakfast even to get a yogurt would cost 13.00”

”Over a month ago I reserved a smoke free room and when I got there on 10-14-17 they only had a smokers room left which was so unpleasant and the bedspread had nail polish on it and was not the cleanest, and the room smelled terrible. JoAnn Schaeffer”
