”We had such a great stay with Guido. We were about 5 minutes from family, and we needed a place to stay with our golden retriever. The property was perfect and a short ride to Mohonk, Walden and Montgomery. There was a significant snow storm during our stay, and Guido quickly cleared a path out for us. Perfect place for our stay with everything we needed. Thank you so much!”

”Property needs renovation and repairs however it was fine to stay for the weekend if you don’t plan to be in your room often. No temperature self regulation, it just gets turned on and off automatically. The 1915 restaurant is on the expensive side and the diner closes early. The main property, restaurants, etc are a drive from the stone cottages. Plan for extra travel time if in the stone cottages, there is only a one way exit and requires travel out of the way to turn around and get back to...

”If you're booking a special room through a third-party platform, be sure! Definitely call the hotel staff.Since I was traveling with my baby, I booked a large bed accessible room a month in advance. We got there a bit late that night and the front desk didn't tell us anything and just assigned us a regular room. Because the smoke alarm went off that night, everyone had to go outside and wait. When it was over, I asked about my room type and whether I could get a different room the next day....

”Our room clearly was not vacuumed and the garbages were full of litter from previous occupants. We were given 2 body towels for 2 people and staff were resistant to provide “extra”. The sheets on one bed had tears and there was a definite musty smell in the main area. Breakfast was basic but apples in the holder were clearly rotten. We will not be back.”
