”My hotel room door wouldn’t lock and the hotel staff told me to “just lock myself inside for the night” and I had to make first a request for maintenance support and with no follow up over 1.5 hours requested a new room which I had to negotiate with the staff for as they didn’t want to grant my request. I was a single woman traveling alone and horrified by the response of the staff.”

”Booked a king room. Got there and the room was upstairs, but I can't do stairs because of a prosthetic leg, so they gave us a dbl queen (downstairs) because they don't have an elevator. Then there were small bugs in the room and at the entrance doors, the caulking in the tub area was horrible, cracking and not well maintained. The guy was nice, but the property was definitely going downhill. Next time I'll pay the additional $100 (double of this) to stay at one of the casinos. Food there was...

”The airport shuttle is the best part of this hotel. The staff was friendly enough and the lobby area was clean and updated but the room was not. The bathroom needed attention and the refrigerator was smaller than any I have seen in a hotel. There is no restaurant to order from. The person in the bar/lounge said it was too hot to cook and the food is not very good. Plan to order out or bring something with you. Would only stay again if I needed the airport shuttle!”

”Worker were very good. But as I walked out my door room 318 the ceiling almost hit my husband in head feel down we reported to staff and it sat there on floor in front of my room over night. Then part of the ceiling across from the room feel down again as I walked down the hall I seen more ceiling had fell down. It is very dangerous.
