”We chose to stay at your facility for our 28th wedding anniversary and it was a terrible experience. We looked forward to using the pool which was closed. We looked forward to having drinks from the bar which ended up being two different types of beer out of a deli box I love Starbucks coffee, and no one there knew how to use the machine I ended up having to get DoorDash and they gave my food to the wrong room number. It was a terrible weekend all around.”

”The property was a pretty stay. When first arrived it was clean, it was pretty. However the housekeeping didn’t come to the room once to clean towels, nor change the sheets. They charged my card for things i had no idea about until the end. To eat, you have to get charged extra and the room is already expensive.”

”The property was very. The staff treats you like you are their own family. Maintenance crews are always on standby to fix whatever may come of a problem. The elevator quit while I was there and within a few hours they had it up and running again.”

”I checked in very late after driving for hours. The receptionist wasn’t friendly. She appeared to have an attitude for some unknown reason.
The parking was horrible, due to being full, with only two entrances- side and back. The back entrance is pretty far from where I had to park. That’s something to consider if you’re traveling solo.
The grounds were clean and nice, as well as the lobby and room. I absolutely hated the layout of the hotel. However, I was very comfortable inside the room....

”Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest!
When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active.
Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45....
