”The hotel itself is very good. However, the dining room service is terrible. This is the second time that we'e stayed at Kinnitty, and both times it took more than 45 minutes to get our meals. This is unacceptable--no meal should take more than 20 minutes to prepare. The first time we were there, three years ago, we were the first or second to place our order. This time there were many more people in the dining area, but they had all been served already. In neither case should it have taken more...

”The standard of accomodation came as a great surprise. Everything was immaculate. Very spacious beautifully decorated bedrooms. Very friendly and helpful host Orla made check in flawless. Would definitely recommend. Continenal breakfast had lots of choice from beautiful fresh berries and other fruits, fresh yogurts, cereals, and a selection of breads,jams etc very good.”

”My stay would've been great. However, I booked a king sized bed and paid for it through Expedia and was given a room with a double bed. When I called the front desk on arriving at my room to find a double bed I was told that there were no king beds available. They made no offer of compensating me for the price difference. No attempt whatsoever to try to satisfy our complaint. A full-blown bait & switch. Reading the fine it basically says that they can give you whatever room they want and...

”Nice size room, very clean, plenty of parking, very walkable to downtown. Great selection for full breakfast. Would be my first choice to stay again”
