”This was a fab place to stay. Surgically clean and the check in process was smooth and easy with quick responses from staff and was able to check in early. Modern and comfortable bed. I’ll definitely stay here again.”

”Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!”

”Good potential but had to negotiate for access to swimming and breakfast on check-in (which was part of listing in the first place!). Quite embarrasing to have to do this in front of other guests in the line when it should have been straight forward.
Family enjoyed the stay in the end thankfully.
The image of the Hydro-Spa should be removed as its an extra fees.”

”Great location and place for family. Our little girls had a great time. Playground was amazing addition to our trip and they enjoyed it very much. Lot's of things to do in surrounding areas with children, so would definitely recommend this place. The only downside for us was missing some comfy outdoor chairs and big pot in a kitchen. Other than that, very happy 😊”

”The hotel was very beautiful old building. The apartment was spatious, bathrooms were very nice, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the temperature in the room was too high. Windows couldn't be kept open because of the terrible smell from the cows next to the hotel!”

”This is a great property in an annex of the main house. Barry and his wife have really taken great care with the decoration and presentation of the property. Very spacious and met all expectations, nice bathroom with toothpaste, razor, deodorant, soap and shampoo all available. Similarly the new kitchen was well stocked with bread, butter, jam and eggs, tea, coffee and milk, not to mention the red and white wine and bottles of beer. I couldn’t have been happier and great value for money. I’d...

The apartment needed storage for clothes, and more shelving in bathroom to store personal items.”

”Exceptional property.
The photos look good but don't do it justice.
Spotlessly clean.
Comfy beds & pillows, soft fluffy towels.
Well equipped kitchen lacking nothing. Often 6 berth properties have 6 of everything, for example here there were 12 mugs so not constantly washing up. Cafetiere and tea pots in two sizes.
Little extras like sewing kit, tool kit and first aid kit appreciated.

”Extremely convenient accomodation especially if you travel for work. Nice and clean three separate bedrooms, spacious lounge and kitchen with back patio. Seriously surprised. The property might not look appealing from outside but the experience changes as soon as you walk in.”

”When the air traffic control systems failed in the UK, hotels in Glasgow immediately began charging outrageous prices. This property was reasonably priced and was a nice respite to the issue of flights being cancelled. If you need a taxi from the property to Glasgow, use a local service. I used Lomond and Clyde.”
