”Great location, 5 minutes to Earls Court station, which is right inside of Zone 1. Room was super clean. Everything was labeled and room came with all amenities to rest, make a meal, do laundry and have a restful sleep. The place was so clean as if no one has ever stayed there. Spacious enough for two grownups and two kids to stay comfortably.”

”I got to the hotel late at night and the self-check-in process was really easy. I had booked a deluxe room and it was located on the ground floor so luckily I didn't need to climb the stairs with my luggage. The room was very spacious and the kitchenette area was separated by a door in my room. At first I thought that the windows were open because the street noise was so prominent, as other reviews also mention. The windows were in fact shut but extremely thin so the noise is aggressive....

”The kitchen was tiny and lacked a tea towel, paper towels, and much of the dishware was chipped. The fridge was in the living room which we know happens, but the room was laid out very poorly to enable access. An ice cube tray would have been nice during the heat wave also. The air conditioner that was provided was appreciated although very inefficient because the window was left wide open around it.
