”Clean quiet room ”

”It was excellent. ”

”The house keepers/maids are rude and dont clean good. You ask for towels, linens, blankets, etc its always later but later doesn't come. There was no ice bucket, ash tray, or luggage rack in the room when there should have been. One good thing I have to say, your aloud pets free of cost. ”

”Clean room. Staff friendly. Kitchen had good coffee. Warm in room.”

”The hotel was closed due to power outage with winter blizzard. This is understandable but have not been able to receive a refund despite the property not being open. ”

”Hotel was nearly new, modern and neat. Good room, good breakfast, good parking. Bar looks to open at some point. I would certainly stay here again. ”

”Overpriced. The room was the size of a bedroom. The toilet was partially under the sink. Hidden charges. They charged a security fee and a property fee. We left early and asked for a refund and was told yes. There was no refund so i called. I was told they could not give a refund to call Expedia...i was not told that when we left.”

”The hotel is very good with a reasonabel price, I could choice this for visiting Cape Cod even it is little bit far away from there. The hotel locates very beautiful small town, hence the environment is good.”

”Clean room, even though they said room services is every 3 days. I had room services every day without asking. Very nice staff, great breakfast service. Good parking next to the mall and highway. The negative is the breakfast breads were hard as a rock. I had to do it myself. Other than that, had a great stay as a local and plan on staying again soon. ”

”The Bates hotel seemed more luxurious than this place and Hotel in the Shining had more personality. ”

”Pool was closed for repair and we werent notified this was the main reason we selected this hotel. Dont get a room on first floor when upstairs guests got home late we were woken up several times. No workout space. Awesome spot and lovely view. Comfy beds.”

”Room was filthy, mold on the ceilings, all of the bed side tables had water damage. There was mold in bathroom and around doorframe of the room. We saw a mouse in our room twoce and when I approached the hotel on it i was told it was normal for this time of year and to start worrying when i see one of the big rats. The rooms phone didnt work. The plug sparked at me when i plugged in my phone. My mother in laws room had a hole in the ceiling and mold around the hole. We found mold in all 3 of the...
