Each of the four bedrooms is fitted with a high-quality king-sized bed for maximum comfort. The main bedroom includes a private ensuite, while the rest of the home is serviced by a family bathroom with bathtub and toilet, plus an additional powder room.

A fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer makes extended stays easy. The garage comfortably fits two cars side by side, and offers ample room for skis, bikes, and other equipment—perfect for adventure-filled getaways in any season.

The outdoor entertaining area is a standout feature, with a swimming pool that offers a refreshing escape and endless fun. As the sun sets, ambient lighting sets the scene for magical evenings. Adjacent to the pool, the hot tub is perfect for stargazing, catching up with friends, or simply unwinding after a busy day. Note, the swimming pool is heated from approximately Labour Weekend in October through to Easter Weekend in late March or early April. Outside of this period, from Easter to Labour Weekend, the pool remains serviced and treated for guest use and can be enjoyed as a refreshing plunge pool.

The property is ideally located near a bar/café, corner store, communal tennis courts (rackets provided), pump track, golf simulator, boat ramp, mountain bike trails, and scenic walking routes—offering activities and amenities for all ages and interests.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property.

This is self-catering accommodation, but to get you started, we provide a starter pack with toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry liquid, tea towels, a dishcloth, bin liners, instant coffee, tea bags, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil.

All beds are made up with professionally laundered linen, and we supply one bath towel & one pool towel per guest, hand towels in each toilet, and a bathmat per bathroom.

For your comfort, we recommend bringing your own face cloths.
Guests and should comply with the parking requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.
